On the Friday before Easter, Good Friday, our new customer, Central Craze had moved. The shipment was headed to the old address and we got the call from a Mr. Siracusa around 4 PM. Central Craze was opening for Easter in Ocean City. This is a big day for Ocean City and Central Craze. I will not repeat what everyone was thinking. Top Lisa Crank, who does just about everything in our facility took the call from Diva Tarbell, the Sales Territory Manager. Notice that they were all working at 4 PM on Good Friday. Lisa volunteered to take her family for an impromptu dinner in Ocean City. She was prepared to redo the order and drive it to the store. Fortunately, UPS was also working and we were able to redirect the coffee to the new address. It was delivered around 5 PM and we all went home to our families.
